- JRPI is committed to an active Value and Risk Management (VRM) process to create the conditions for project success. This is to ensure that all projects are consistent with the overall client vision and that risks are addressed in an orderly manner.
- Risk Workshop can be lead by us at the outset of the project, during which the Risk Register can be developed. Following this, a further Risk Workshop can be held at the end of each project stage, while the Risk Register is updated on a continuous basis with the project team.
