Pre contract role involving preparation of feasibility estimates and cost planning during design development working closely with the design team (architectural, engineering and civil infrastructure); in order to meet client’s financial budget and key design criteria. Under our cost management services we were also responsible for the preparation of the bills of quantities as part of the client’s tender documentation.   Project scope also comprised of associated external works, outdoor sports ground, roads, shaded car parking, landscaping and utility infrastructure to accommodate fourteen new buildings. In addition, the facilities include for state of the art fit-out of laboratory, clinic and testing services with full campus FF&E.     The total estimated project GFA is approximately 101,000 sqm and the overall plot area is 278,000 sqm.
