Pre contract role involving development appraisals, project management and cost planning services; working closely with the client’s design team in order to achieve the clients enterprise requirements for a 315 hotel rooms and 132 residences for medium or long stay (4* rating) Hotel. Working closely with the client’s design representatives we undertook strategic development and investment appraisals in order to ascertain viability of the project to allow the client to make the decision to go ahead with the proposed hotel development.   Cost management services include preparation of feasibility estimates during design development, preparation of tender and contract documents and the bills of quantities.
