As part of the enhancement strategy, JRPi reorganized the primary operational facilities and revenue generators including, Main Ticketing Station, Self-serve Ticket Kiosks, Retail Shop, Retail Kiosks, Toilets, the Cafe Serving Station and BoH areas. This strategy improved customer flow through the Entry Court, entering and exiting, increased awareness of retail offers as well as enhance the visual connectivity through the space into the Welcome Hall where rentals, ski school and changing occur. The interior design of the space reflects the Ski Dubai ‘Winter Wonderland’ theme and provides a clear transitional experience between the Entry Court and the Welcome Hall through form and materiality changes.
