DETAILS // The project consists of the new residential /retail building situated within a rime waterfront plot on Al Raha Beach within the emirates of Abu Dhabi, UAE. The facility has a built up area for the 9 levels of residential with a multi-level underground car park facility, including ground retail with access directly onto the waterfront promenade, in addition to a state-of-the-art fitness center. The proposed building will accommodate up to 78 residential units

The contract is a ‘FIDIC EPC Turnkey Contract (1999)’ anticipated to execute from June 2016 until February 2018; and the works will include for the full design and build of the proposed residential / retail tower. The total estimated project GFA is approximately 17,400 sqm and the site plot area is 2,300 sqm. Pre contract role involved development and investment appraisals of the project, preparation of feasibility estimates, cost planning, preparation of tender documents and pricing schedule, tender administration and contract appointment of the main contractor. Post contract role involves Contract Administration (Employer’s Representative) service under the FIDIC Turnkey contract.
